EVENING.

* WIND...WEST WINDS AT 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 60 MPH
WILL OCCUR THIS MORNING. THE WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST IN THE
LOWER FOOTHILLS BY MIDDAY...BUT MAY REMAIN WESTERLY IN THE
HIGHER FOOTHILLS MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO 10 TO 15 PERCENT THIS
MORNING.

* IMPACTS...DRY CURED FUELS COMBINED WITH VERY LOW HUMIDITY AND
GUSTY WINDS WILL PRODUCE FAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE GROWTH
AND RAPID SPREAD OF WILDLAND FIRES.

INTERSTATE 70 THIS MORNING. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE ON THE PLAINS
FROM NORTH TO SOUTH DURING THE DAY...BUT WILL CONTINUE IN THE
HIGHER FOOTHILLS AND POSSIBLY ON THE PALMER DIVIDE MOST OF THE DAY.
