A Georgia man suspected of kidnapping his ex-wife’s daughter was arrested on Nov. 21 in South Park.
Michael Dempsey, 35, was arrested in the South Park Ranches subdivision northeast of Hartsel after Park County sheriff’s deputies were informed about Dempsey’s whereabouts by a Park County resident.
