Evergreen Fire Rescue Town Hall Meetings Re: 2016 Mill Levy and Bond

From Evergreen Fire Rescue: You are invited to two town hall meetings on June 23 and July 28 at 6:30 p.m. to be held at EFR Admin Building 1802 Bergen Parkway. We will be sharing Information and answering questions on the proposed Mil Levy and Bond for EFR.

The Evergreen Fire Rescue Board of Directors is holding a special meeting this coming Sunday, August 28th at 10am at the Admin Building to make a formal recommendation concerning the mill levy, and for how much, if so. The public is welcome to attend should you wish to stay informed on the process.

Per the Canyon Courier : The Evergreen Fire Protection District board voted Sunday not to pursue a proposed multimillion-dollar bond issue, but the request for a 3.5-mill tax hike will be on the November ballot.
