What do any of these have to do with the description of the Courthouse? The truth is that the Ring has become a place where threads are sent to die, unless one takes time to post something over there on purpose in which case it simply just gets deleted. And what is arrogant about pointing out the obvious? You and Jim provided a place for people to voice their opinions on any and all things because of all the whinging about pineklan et al and now it is just taken for granted and used as much as christmas lights in a muslim household.

And before you point out the baking thread, that is what is known as highlighting absurdity with absurdity.

The Courthouse can cover many topics, but it is supposed to be back and forth discussion, debate, or constructive posts. Unfortunately, little of your stuff is constructive; often it's merely insults or tests to see what you can get away with, like your porn in the Ring (which is why it gets "simply deleted", as you put it. Don't tell me that you don't know what is appropriate content for a publicly read board.) Rather than act like PC, where content is moderated/i.e. they decide what you get to say and edit or pull it and have a very low threshhold of tolerance, we prefer to 1.) organize - send it to the appropriate forum, 2.) let our users call you out themselves on your sh*t, like calling arson jewish lightening in relation to the fires happening, or 3.) something that is completely beyond your capability, self-moderate.

What happened on Friday, with the start of your baking thread, was you, troll, and others coordinating to push the limits to see what had changed with the ownership change. Answer - nothing. The same rules still apply. I've been moderating for months now so it's not like anything's different. But you timed it nicely, with multiple fire emergencies going on so that we couldn't deal with anything else concurrently, and as a result I ended up spending 3 hours of my Saturday morning ignoring my family cleaning up sh*t around here. I accept that as my responsibility, but those of you who follow what a troll does, with nasty insulting drive-by posts in the Courthouse should keep that in mind. Those games are fun, makes a person feel good, and attracts hits to the site, but costs us members. If you guys want us to kick Pinecam's butt, then we need new members to feel like this is a welcome site for them. They come into the Courthouse and see people being nasty and disrespectful, they never come back. Kool-aid and bashing head emoticons, snarky come-backs, insults, etc are for the Ring. Go for it, take your best shots - over there, not here.

Exactly! You are denied nothing except what's in the TOS - go to the Ring with your posts. If people like what you have to say, they'll read it wherever it is. Your problem is that you have a need for an audience, and when your crap gets sent to the Ring, because it's name-calling or inappropriate topics, you whine because you think fewer people will notice you. People like you just like to have something to fight against and feel a narcissistic need for an audience. If you are told that you can't do it, you try even harder to do it. When you are pointed to where you should do it, you whine and complain that you should be able to do it wherever you want. You're like a baby; hence, I'm calling you Babyboy from now on. Your other problem - you no longer have a male owner to run to and beg for forgiveness when you f*** up, thinking that all your problems stem from the female owner. Frankly, if everyone else is tired of Babyboy's sh*t, then go ahead and put him on ignore. As soon as he has no audience, then he'll either grow up or he'll go away because there's no gotcha factor for him anymore. He'll only have a few like-minded friends, and me, reading his crap. Babyboy, I've got no problem with you being here as long as you behave yourself and follow the guidelines in the TOS.

Hot and heavy means name-calling, baiting, and rampant disrespect. You wanna do that, do it there. You know why? Because there's an appropriate time and place for everything - something you learn as you become a respectable, decent, respectful, law-abiding adult citizen.
