Back on topic, driving has declined so hopefully gas prices will follow suite. And if Libya stabilizes in a standoff both the rebels and the regime are going to pump like crazy to fund their weapons buying. I think Europe has banned weapon sales to Qadaffi but I don't know if they will turn a blind eye to the insurgents.
