A crybaby was posting racist hate speech and after several warnings was put in Q ( as system that management uses to review a post before it comes on line). This has been used 4 times in one year. The poster was reminded that this is a business and racist hate speech hurts the site and he was put in Q. They then suggested that we post that this is a business, so I did. I am no longer in management here but he used the private message system to complain to me.
I replied to this scum sucking loser .

Gee, I'll bet if I try really hard, I can figure out who the loser is...

I have found this site to be very generous with it's patience with members and what is said, so for you to have to go to this extent really says a lot about the person in question. I am glad to see that there is a limit to what is allowed. Let folks like that go find one or more of the thousands of sites that are designed just for that kind of talk.
