Since we've been talking about cutting or reducing spending to try and balance the budget, do you think states should quit asking for federal disaster declarations in order to qualify for federal aid?
Just reading about Obama touring the tornado destruction and wondered what people thought about not extending federal aid as a method to reduce spending?
Of course they should get fed aid like every president has done for every natural disaster. Did the Huffington Rag say that Republicans want to leave the poor people out in the cold? I would go look there but I just ate a nice meal and don't want to taste it a second time.
The Liberals are asking some really stupid questions trying to create more divisiveness. Beware the race card being played because the unfortunate states that were hit by these tornadoes were all in the south.
