Which would include anything to do with health care; EPA; abortion/right-to-life cases; stem-cell research; Citizens United type cases; campaign finance issues, etc...

Yeah, that would be a good place to start....

Oh, and here's a site to sign a petition to demand that Thomas resign: http://act.credoaction.com/campaign/res ... =confemail

I actually, heaven forbid, agree with you that if it is proven that Clarence Thomas has done wrong, he should be forced to resign, but let's wait till it is proven.

LJ, I am trying to be helpful here, so I decided to give you a scoreboard to keep track:

Sorry... I can't see your images from here... But since I know who is posting it, I'm sure I'd refudiate it anyway...

Nothing to refudiate LJ, it is an accurate scoreboard.

Please tell me that you both know "refudiate" is not a word. Palin made it up in one of her brighter moments.

Do I need to put [sarcasm]refudiate[/sarcasm] around it?

When I see both liberals and conservatives use the term, it concerns me that it might be entering the mainstream language.

We really need a sarcasm font.

From the article in the original post, it would appear that Justice Thomas has, at the very least, the appearance on a conflict of interest. Accepting gifts from people and corporations, and then hearing cases in which those same people are involved? That doesn't sound fishy to you?

He should have recused himself.
