Given the number of ethics complaints filed against her in court, it's hardly "obsessive" to want to check her records for possible information related to those lawsuits. (Then, of course, there is always the function of simply mining for more Palin "gold"... "refudiate"? really?)

Actually if the public was concerned about past ethical charges against a liberal, the official response from the Times would be, "this is water under the bridge, we have more immediate news to consider." Like for example, why has the Obama administration been unable to turn around this economy despite spending hundreds of billions in stimulus. Carter II, the stagnation returns.

Just kidding, the NY Times would never hold Barack accountable. They will throw his entire staff under the bus before admitting that BHO doesn't have the executive experience to make the right appointments in the first place and has no record of solving major problems.

He only has a record of being a professor, board member, or serving in a body with many others. America hired a theoretical thinker instead of a chief executive.

But we aren't talking about a "liberal to be named later" are we?...We're talking about Sarah Palin.
