I'm not even gonna click on any Casey Anthony threads

Who amongst us knows enough about this case to even have an opinion on it? Noone, thats who. We weren't in court, we didn't hear the case and you'd have to be a complete retard to base a judgment on what you've heard on tv. I've heard 50 opinons on tv, most of them outraged that she was aquitted, but why do these people even care? Just in the Orlando district attorneys office there are 140 unsolved murders and 11 of them are children. What about them!? Do you only care about the cases the media tells you to care about? I heard 50 opinions just now, most people saying Casey Anthony should die or be caged for the rest of her life, and a few people are saying the prosecuters did'nt prove murder, but not one person said.."I didn't hear the case, I wasn't on the jury, so I don't know, but I respect the jury's opinion."

Now, having said that I do have an opinion on this..I saw this as a very late term abortion. Casey Anthony obviously was not ready to be a mother..Orlando is an ultra rightwing, ultra religious cracker land and I wonder if an abortion was readily available to her before the baby was born? Probably not, and this my friends is what happens when you force a young lady to carry a unwanted baby to term.

Casey Anthony is no threat to society, if she did it, she's not gonna do it again and I see no reason to cage her for the rest of her life. What good would that do? She probaly made some mistakes, but she looks like a sweetheart and bless her heart she's already done 3 years in jail. Thats way more than enough for the misdemeanors she was found guilty of so she should be out right now. Hopefully she'll write a book or get a reality show so she can (get a nice chunk of change) put her life back together. And as far as throwing her family under the proverbial bus? Her dads a cop- He don't care, he probably told her to "say whatever you gotta say to get off", and despite thier dirty laundry being aired, I'm sure this is a great day for the entire Anthony family.

Second are you saying that if she killed her daughter, then it would be a crime of passion and only worthy of 5 years in jail? So parents can just go around killing their kids and claim stress and get off on manslaughter? What planet do you live on?

That is not the defense they used and are you saying that all women can use that if they get tired of their kids and just call it, as you say, (a very late term abortion)?

In many more enlightened countries..It's legal..Great Britian for example, I think it's ok to get rid of the kid for up to 4 years there:
