One more reason to grow your own tobacco and bottle your own brewskis.
Yes... In all 50 states... It's a process the PEOPLE have voted on to provide money to General Funds to educate their children, repair their roads & bridges, provide services to their people. I realize that's a foreign concept to most of you, but civilized societies actually do that.

But instead of one general tax to cover everything, it is like the Beatles sang, a PID tax, a state gas tax, a food sales tax, a non-food sales tax, a beer tax, a hard alcohol tax, a tire excise tax.
A tax stamp to buy smokes, a licensing fee to ship to this district. But in the Dem world, it is all good, provides jobs for all those tax collectors and regulators.
The United States, once the place where people could start businesses easily, is now starting to feature as much red tape as the corrupt old Easy European countries.

You ever hear of the "10th Amendment"? Yes... Each state, and their ELECTED representatives, comes up with its own plan for alcohol and tobacco control and taxation.
This is a STATE-level thing, NOT A FEDERAL-level... Take your anti-government hatred somewhere else.
So there! And this comes from the oh so credible Leftist extreme Jerk that doesn't believe people that own planes, yachts, etc. will be effected by more taxation and they don't employ people (all million and billionaires must be diesel mechanics, aircraft mechanics, do their own food prep, cleaning, etc.). Brilliant!

I like this. Like people being called racists, rape supporters, etc., being labelled anit-government or a government hater is the next level of shame/insult to get people to conform. It was only a matter of time.

If you can boil water you can make beer. Just go and buy an extract kit from Chuck at High County Home Brewing its on Mt Evans Blvd a liitle down the road from the lumber yard. An investment in equipment of about $100.00 will get you started, and with beer prices the way they are you will make your money back in no time.

I've never experienced that skunk smell. When I brew its smells like the grains I'm using, kind of like bread or cookies baking. Either way, you are right, its awesome.
