I dont think you need an invitation. Just google, google+, your computer will get stuck for a long time if you try to take the tour. I do not have enough time in the day to keep up with all this social networking. want to talk to me? pick up the phone.

I tried it with one of my other gmail accounts. You still need an invite to get in whether you take the tour or not. It is also easier to get in if you secure invites from multiple people.

Well that does not make sense, multiple invitations? So which is easier to get in to, Fort Knox, Pinecam or Google+ ?
What comes after Beta testing? I think I will wait.

The pleasures of Google+

When Google+ rolled out, I had a bad feeling. Google Buzz was a total disaster–there was no point to it, it was confusing to use, and it pushed its way into your privacy in mysterious ways. So I didn’t think Google understood social networks.

So far, I have to say, Google+ has avoided most of the mistakes of Google Buzz, and it’s borrowed (or improved on) many of the nicest things in Twitter, Facebook, and even blogs. For example, one of my favorite things about this blog is getting comments from readers. The drawback is that there are several steps to entering, reading, and responding to those comments. Getting back to commenters ends up on my to-do list. Trust me, you don’t want to be on my to-do list. It’s a graveyard.

On Google+, commenting is astonishingly frictionless. It feels much more like having a conversation.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
