SNOPES EXPOSED – Heavily financed by George Soros ........

In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I ‘Googled’ the Supreme Court, typed in ‘Obama-Kagan,’ and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied. Every one of those dockets is there. So here is what I wrote Snopes:

Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court’s website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.

This is really funny, if you actually read the facebook page, the "outraged" individual does not provide a single iota of evidence backing up the claim that Soros owns Snopes. If you actually ever bothered to research Snopes for yourself, then you would find out that it is owned by a husband and wife in California, David and Barabara Mikelson (registered Republican). Further, Snopes provides actual documentation for their meticulous research on debunking the lies floating around, unlike the deranged individuals who post them.

Don't you feel any embarrassment over repeating such evident lies?

You can check this on a variety of other fact checking sites which also dispose of these embarrassing allegations about Snopes.

Of course Kagan, as the Solicitor General of the United States represented the Office of the Presidency in any complaint directed against the Office. Since none of the birther suits have ever been accepted by the Supreme Court, there has been no conflict. Kagan has stated that she will recuse herself from any litigation where she was an attorney of record, just as Sotomayer, Roberts, Ginsberg,etc., did on cases where they were attorneys.

What's more, months later you will find they usually remember the original false claim but have conveniently forgotten that it was proven false.
