Reduce government spending, reduce the size of the government, and provide tax incentives to businesses that create new jobs in the USA. Stop punishing businesses for being successful and start encouraging an environment that is friendly to commerce. No more bail outs, if a company can't survive on it's own merits let it fail. Make those who are able bodied and on welfare work for their checks in a program like Americorps and use that workforce for roads, bridges, dams and any other domestic infrastructure that needs building or refurbishment.
