Is this what will happen to our market tomorrow?

Tel Aviv stocks fall 7 pct after U.S. debt downgrade

I think a 7% drop here after already dropping 11% in the last few weeks would send the market into a panic.

The market already IS in a panic, and this disfunctional congress isn't helping. Investors have no reason to believe that this congress will ever be able to work together on real solutions to our problems......the downgrade is but one more symptom of the whole problem of a country so divided that each side would allow the country to fail before they will give one more inch.

Agreed. How did it get that way? Differences of opinion on how to implement programs existed in the past and there have been some vicious battles, but nothing akin to the stand off seen now. Apparently a radical change or crucial point has been reached. Furthermore it is not just congress that stands divided, but so do Americans It is said that the pen is mightier than a sword. Perhaps the news scribes need to begin reconciliation, as I do believe they have a major role in creating a divided nation.

Again, you are misinformed...if you think 8 years of Bush was dark....Obama years are pitch black.

Its only pitch black for those with blinders and conservative glasses on...they make you blind to anything that isn't far right extremist ......you fear the truth,so you cannot see it.

Take a look at the early trading numbers. The DOW will be down 200 at the start of the day.

Things are just going to get uglier.
