So VL, it's not clear to me...were these Democrats or Republicans that had to be rescued in New Jersey? I'm not sure how you can tell the difference though I'm pretty sure NJ is one of those "blue" states so I can only guess. rofllol

While people had been warned that river levels were rising and flooding was likely, some stayed in their homes overnight because they didn't realize the water would come gushing so quickly, Evans said.
