At what point does the BS stop and we start figuring out that Congress as a whole has done a whole lot nothing in solving the problems not even started to come up with some solutions that might even begin because they are to caught up in the who controls what, who has power to do what etc, instead of this country is in a sad state of affairs and needs solutions.
