It's a screwy word when a football player with a C average can get a full college scholarship while my daughter, with a 4.2 grade average can only get a partial scholarship.

There's a perfect example Wayne! You just illistrated a perfect example of how the government picks winners and losers- your daughter earned a spot and instead it was given away to someone else.
