Police on Wednesday identified a Jefferson County jail inmate who was shot to death as he tried to escape while being treated at a medical facility.
Jesus Octavio Aguilar, 28, was arrested by the Lakewood Police Department on Sept. 8, 2010, for his suspected involvement in two robberies, said Golden Police spokesman Sgt. Ryan Custer.
He was being held in jail on the following charges: four counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of kidnapping, attempted robbery, aggravated motor vehicle theft, possession of a weapon by a previous offender and parole violation.

How exactly did you determine the above mentioned criminals country of origin? He may have been born in any number of countries, including the US. I think both a class in geography and some sensitivity training might help you, but in the mean time, :Cheer:
