No, I'll pay for it, just like I pay for Roads, Bridges, sewer systems, water treatment plants, police and fire protection, national defense,,etc..etc....Healthcare is a basic human right and a vital structure in the foundation of a civilised society...You wanna live like a animal, go live in F-ing Africa...They have open sewers, dirt roads, filthy water and no taxes there
