Isn't it about time for the annual Fox "War on Christmas"?

Gee, isn't it about time for the annual FauxNews "War On Christmas" hysteria to whip up the ditto-heads into a lather over "Happy Holidays"?

Let's do it now and avoid the December rush....

Nah. You have to wait for the week before Thanksgiving before the whole "war on christmas" thing gets into full swing.

The Five on Fox today was talking about a school administrator who is banning Halloween for his whole district, too much of a distraction. So Fox is supporting a satanic holiday.

Maybe they could start a war on Halloween, don't religious types hate all that ghost and goblin stuff? Like it's satanic or something?

Funny your post preceded mine....great minds and all that, only who knew it would be FOX defending Halloween?

When I lived in Nevada, I was the webmaster for the local Sierra Club hiking group. The site wasn't much about politics and was mostly about hiking and camping trips. They were very active with the outdoor stuff, much more so than here.

We had a Christmas party every year. It was called that before me, and I continued it even when I knew it was becoming less politically correct, especially for a Sierra Club group. But I'll say that at least no one ever complained about it to me.

But after I turned it over to someone else, all of a sudden it became a Holiday party, and it has been ever since. And that's all I have to say about that... lol

Way back in the 60's and 70's the company I worked for had Holiday parties not Christmas parties. Never seemed to bother anyone, I never saw it as an affront to Christmas, it's just what it was.

What's even more funny (sobering) is the fact that all these holidays were adapted from Pagan views developed hundreds if not thousands of years before the Christians came in and started sh*t. Look it up... The Horned God = Devil. The Goddess = ???? (Mary??) I went to Bible school, was an alter boy and attended church until I was 17. Give me a flippin' break, I'm entitled to my opinion and I say that all the Bible thumpers are full of it. Next thing I'll hear is that the Earth is actually five to six thousand years old!

Edit: Can't WAIT until all the "history" on Christmas. rofllol

I could care less what you want to call Christmas time of the year. The only thing I care about is the improved spirit many display then. If only it would extend throughout the year.

Happy Holidays actually means Happy Holy Days, so that would cover both Christmas and Channukah. Is Kwanza considered a holy day?
