This administration does whatever the hell it wants to, and gets away with it.

I guess this administration took notes from the Dubwa administration.

Oh, but this is for your benefit. WE the Government, know best what you need and don't need. Forget freedom and privacy, those matters are a myth.

If you read Coffeman's letter, it is actually in the obamacare bill. He shows where and all. That is so against privacy acts that it is stupid. You sure as hell don't see the ACLU doing something about this though

Funny (not funny "ha ha" but funny "something is stinky in Helsinki" funny) how the same Gubment that has instituted laws like Oxley-Sarbanes, FISMA, and HIPPA but still gets away with ignoring their own regulations...

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

I'm always amazed that people STILL think there is privacy in today's world........the government has ALWAYS been able to do what it
wants to do WITHOUT retribution......nothing has changed, apparently individuals are just NOW beginning to question that capability. THERE IS NO PRIVACY......get use to it,or revolt and change the paradigm. JMO

It's been run away progression toward usurpation of privacy and loss of freedom of choice, both an injustice. When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty. We are getting there just as steadily as more and more people no longer are willing to look the other way.
