I don't really see what the big deal is. He seemed a bit more relaxed than most appearances, but not much different. What am I missing?

Wow... relaxed isn't the word I would use. Giddy, animated, tipsy maybe?

Or one too many happy pills?

Can you picture him like that at a White House briefing?

Campaigning really takes it out of you, and I am willing to forgive guys who aren't always as focused as they should be. Even Barack.

Maybe that is just the real Rick Perry and his handlers had the day off.

Perry and Palin. Can you even imagine it?

On Fox News Sunday, Texas Gov. Rick Perry told host Chris Wallace that Obama was flat-out “irresponsible” for bringing the troops home from Iraq, because, he argued, it is “putting our kids’ lives in jeopardy.”

I am willing to forgive gaffs, but 30 minutes of this? looney toons. Even Rick Perry guys that have covered him for years have only seen this one other time and that was back in Feb at CPAC, no other times EVER... he definitely was on something
