I guess you don't have to jump through a whole lot of intellectual hoops to click on a animated gif 4 times. I was surprised you could count that high? Or did you just start manically clicking all over the place?

I am soooo humbled to be an object of your criticism. I didn't create the snooooze response nor will I ever perfect it like Outdoor can.
Stick around, you ain't seen nuthin' yet.

I'm closer to pacifism than revolution - but don't have many reservations about speaking out against corruption, greed, and exploitation.

Not wanting my 401k robbed by a self-serving goon is not envy. Not wanting my meat prices pumped up by mere speculation is not envy. I'm fine with paying a reasonable price to the butcher. I'm fine with paying a million dollar salary to a person who knows what "fiduciary responsibility" means, and takes it serious. I'm not fine with him diverting my funds to his Aspen bungalow, and then wanting severance pay when I object.

I'm fine with a number of the complaints from the Occupy Movement (the ones that are actually based in reality and not utopian claptrap), but I am not in agreement with the way the Occupy movement has developed or in their methodology. You have a small check list of reasonable concerns backed up by a sh*t load of creeps and trouble makers, all attaching themselves to a group that refuses to organize in some meaningful way. What does that leave you with? A cluster f**k.

Actually... I have no clue as to who this Mr. Bean is. I just got here at the beginning of last week. I've been on an extended quest in Tibet, trying to find the universal source of the fail ideology called Socialism (nee: Progressivism in the United States). Even though this ideology has failed miserably over the years (the current financial crisis in Europe is an example), we are now finding that it has been festering like a boil in this country, and has recently (since 2008) reared it's smug head among our easily impressionable liberal citizens. Some of my adepts in Tibet have proffered that socialism has taken hold in the United States due to the loss of any spiritual and moral direction, and socialism has become the new religion of the left. After three years in Tibet, studying this interesting theory, I'm had to leave my teachers in disagreement. I can't agree with them on this matter. It's much more simple then these Tibetan monks want to surmise. The left in this country are simply useful idiots for the same people that they think they are fighting against.

It is interesting to see the way top Dems are reacting to the OWS crowd. First the talking points were to ignore them, and the press complied. Then it was to use them.

BTW, very funny South Park last week about OWS and how limited their support actually is. More like the less than 1%. People say they support them, but I haven't seen any evidence they are helping to motivate new legislation. Unless they do plan to go full revolution and take down our republic.

If this was a parliamentary system, would both the Left and Right combine to take down Obama'a goverment?

Replied by Arlen on topic These are Obama’s Riots!
Maynard G Krebbs would have made a good Occupy participant.
