This breakfast we will also have a local selling thier crafts for Christmas. We will also have our military hot sauce bottles for sell also. Six bottles for 30.00 dollars. That is for the complete set or 5.00 dollars per bottle. They are a great gift for the Veteran or now serving. Hope everyone has a Great Christmas and New Year.

IMO, it is a shame that this thread has been turned into crap.

Really, is that what the VFW is all about..Love war or die

They should put that on their flag...And you should put Buffalo Wild Wings Chicken Tenders & Popcorn Shrimp on your plate tonight.
Our original all-white, breaded, crispy chicken Buffalo Tenders™ and our signature popcorn shrimp. Like us they are wonderful by themselves, spectacular when served together

vl, where do you come up with some of this stuff, to follow suit here, what you wrote is so far from the truth. I do not know of any veteran that loved war or wanted to die. We are about helping the community and Veterans, their families and those now serving, doesn't matter if they are members of the VFW or not.

This thread is about the Breakfast, not about anything other than that.

He has a disorder, very easy to see that.

I love the VFW breakfast thanks again guys.

I have spent enough over the last few years to outright buy the guns LOL.

Well, all the food is had. Saturday the VFW team will get together to boil and dice potatoes for the home fries, we will cut up the pork meat for our green chili, we set up the tables and chairs, Sunday morning 2am it starts. After about two cups of coffee, with more brewing we start making our green chili, making our gravey, getting things ready in the kitchen so we can start making our great breakfast. By the time most start to arrive myself and two others have been at it for over 5 hours and we don't mind. I even made sure there was fresh tea bags and plenty of Hot Coco for those that want it.

Hope to see you folks on Sunday, if not have a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A GREAT NEW YEAR

Wouldn't miss it (dragging the munchkins with me this time even)! Thanks to you and the guys and gals for putting it all together - that's a lot of hard work and it is appreciated!

Of course the customer tells the ladies what they want also. The good news is you can go through the line as many times as you want. We also serve up sliced peaches and dices pineapple, along with various desserts, coffee and OJ. As I am not on the serving line, the ladies do a damn good job serving it up, I am usually in the rear, cooking the bacon and sauage, and bisquits. Main reason for the way we serve is so everyone gets served and then like I said one can always come back through the line.

I think 2 is fair...2+ 3 bacon strips is really good. My kids use a lot of syrup..

and its a good to have the ladies in all the public contact positions..Nobody wants to be served food by a man. thats too much like jail...Sounds like a pretty good operation you got going. I'm not normally a breakfest guy, but I do have a bulk Wallye connections, and can also get Cod for about 40% retail. Friday night VFW fish Fry's were a tradition in my house..Might want to consider those

So you grew up Catholic? Odd to hear that....
