Viagra vs. Marijuana: Which Is Easier to Buy?

Viagra vs. Marijuana: Which Is Easier to Buy? was created by CinnamonGirl

I don't smoke pot, but I've wondered, "How hard is it to get one of those medical marijuana cards?" This question has sat unanswered for years, right next to a similar question, "How hard is it to get Viagra?"

Which is harder to get in California, medical marijuana, or Viagra? Finally, a bounty of holiday vacation days moved this project onto the front burner. It was time to set this plan into action.

You don't really even need a card...just know someone who has one. :Whistle

I can't comment as I have never bought Viagra. :Whistle

It was a good 3 part series to read though. Thanks for posting. The dispensaries that I have seen are all pretty organized and tidy.

What real medicinal value does Viagra offer? I've never heard of a "life saving hard-on"!

On the other hand, marijuana provides real relief to people struggling with debilitating conditions.

Drug addiction is certainly a debilitating condition.

Any evidence marijuana causes any physical addiction? Your argument could also be applied to Viagra...

I don't need any evidence. It's a illegal drug. If it has such a wonderful medical use, then the PROFESSIONAL medical community would have been prescribing it and making money off it a long time ago. This "medical" use and 7-11 styled stores are just a limp front for finding a way around the illegal use of an illegal drug. Sh**e, I know a dozen people getting "medical" pot and they have no actual need for it... except to get high. And don't tell me this is a surprise to you.

Sure, there's abuse, but there are also many people who's lives are improved; pain reduced; appetites increased. Your insensitivity to others' pain is no surprise to anyone here. The rest of your argument is pure rubbish - again, no surprise to anyone here. Do a smidge of research. Obtain a modicum of education on the history of marijuana prohibition and you will begin to understand just how foolish your premise is.

By the way, you come across more than just a little defensive about Viagra... :Whistle

I really don't care. You know who's insensitive to others? The jerks who don't need the pot, but get a prescription anyway from money hungry doctors who will write a script for anyone. The more this is abused, the more chance that it will be eventually repealed and then those whole REALLY need it will be out of luck. Don't talk to me about insensitive... the asshole who don't really need it will ruin it for those who do.

And I never even mentioned Viagra. What are you stupid too?
