Lies, lies, lies and more lies - The SOTU address

Hmmm... where are all the Obama supporters? I guess it's had to defend your messiah when he is caught in so many lies. Even Lady Jazzer is speechless. That must be a first for Lady Jazzer.

The speech was filled with deception, cleaver word twisting- and outright lies. For the liberals out there- after seeing what a snake Obama is with his words- do you trust him? At all?

I'd trust a West colfax used car dealer before I'd trust Obama. Even the liberals gotta be gettin that sour upset stomach feeling.

He claims to be for more production of oil and gas here in the usa- but every move he makes he's stomping out every effort - every application- every oil and gas project since 2009. Does anyone see how he blows CO2 out his mouth - while lying to our faces? Even liberals must have some kind of a sense of morality- there has to be some common decency even among the far left- don't ya think?

Here's my man.... "slap that booty" Herman Cain with the tea party response to the Obama SOTU, if you have not seen it - it's pretty good.....

If I want lies, I'll watch a Republican debate...

Obama's so-called lies from the right-wing, are music to my ears...

First Thoughts: A turning point for Obama?
By NBC’s Chuck Todd, Domenico Montanaro, Brooke Brower, and Natalie Cucchiara

*** A turning point for Obama? Six months of positive to semi-positive economic news is starting to have an impact with the American public, according to the latest NBC/WSJ poll. And that uptick is benefitting President Obama. This poll showed important one-year highs on the direction of the economy. By a 37%/17% margin people said it would better in a year vs. worse. That’s a seven-point jump in a month and a 16-point improvement from October. Right track, wrong direction is still just 30%/61%, but that right direction number’s an 8-point boost from a month ago, a 13-point bounce from October. And -- excluding the bin Laden bump in May -- the right track is the highest it’s been since February 2011.

Obama in positive territory for first time in six months: The president’s approval rating is at 48%/46%, the highest since June. There have been upticks like this before and the White House won’t be celebrating – remember, when there appeared to be “green shoots” in 2011 or 2010, something out of the president’s control -- whether it was the BP oil spill, the Greek debt crisis, or the Arab Spring -- derailed that optimism. But this poll does feel different. The positive economic data has been on a more consistent trend.

Is it all good news? Nah... Not yet... But the more Abbott & Costello trash each other in GOP primaries, and the better the jobs & economy numbers look, the less likely it is that Obama is going to lose. If the choice boils down to Newt vs. Mitt, you guys are so screwed...

Well stupid. This thread is not about the GOP, this thread is not about you and this thread is not about Mitt or Newt. This thread is about the lies and misrepresentations that Obama presented us in his SOTU address, it's about the surprising fact checking that the popular media did on the SOTU address and the lies and misrepresentation they found and this thread is about the fact that YOU can't dispute any of the points presented in the threads first comment.

I bet you can't dispute jack... can you... try it miss smart-ass... see if you can actually debate the thread topic and not deflect into some rant about the GOP... I challenge you to stick to the thread topic, address the points made in this threads topic and see what you can do to put to rest Obama's lies and misrepresentations.

Try... I bet you can't.

Actually, it was Reagan that came up with the term "czar", but if you want to quibble about it, Actually Bush had 46... rofllol

How many czars did President George W Bush appoint?

Bush had a total of 36 positions (many temporary) filled by a total of 46 different individuals over the years, of which 21 were confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

The number of 46 is still highly objectionable, as some of the alleged czars were only nicknamed czars by media outlets. For instance the Director of National Intelligence was a position created by Congress, that required President Bush to fill. The Homeland Security "czar" was a temporary position until the Dept. of Homeland Security was formally created and funded. At least two other czars were appointed to serve emergency and temporary positions; Federal Coordinator of Hurricane Katrina Recovery Effort, and Special coordinator to respond to health effects of September 11 attacks.

There... you got your answer. No responses. A liberal cannot honestly support a candidate like Obama without being dishonest themselves. There is quite a public body of information regarding his failed policies, his corrupt favoritism he affords certain people, his total lack of understanding of foreign affairs... in short, even the liberal media has been force to back off their unending support for Obama and start peeling back the onion, and revealing a very flawed and morally corrupt politician. And the drubbing Obama took over his SOTU address should be reverberating in the minds of all his supporters... but it won't... you have to have a moral compass and integrity to stand up for yourself and finally realize that your Messiah is a false prophet.

Won't happen. It's lemming city for the liberal... all the way to them losing the 2012 election. Stand back the day after the election... heads will be exploding.

BUT, as I understand it.......IF Romney wins the R nomination,Obama has the Nov. election.....it will be EXTREMELY interesting to
watch the dynamics change, because Newt is 'screwed" with Dole coming out against him.....ROMNEY THE WINNER.....(for awhile, because the R's are IMPLODING)
