Depends on if it was a refundable or non-refundable credit or earned income tax credit that resulted in the refund. It is quite possible to owe zero income tax and get extra free money from the government as an income tax refund. Cool!

IMHO, energy prices and the continuing war in Afghanistan (now elongated by Barry and his staff) will be Barry's undoing in 2012. It will be interesting to see if the American public got any smarter over the last three years.
