Good question, and I don't think anyone right now knows the answer to it. Best guess? Covering pre-existing conditions will continue anyway because it is quite popular. Even evil Republicans would rather stay in power than roll back this new benefit. Side effect? Everyone is going to pay more for medical insurance to cover the diabeticss, etcarcher wrote: Out of date? Wont it all go away if the Supreme Court throws out the whole law? Or even if they throw out the mandate insurance companies wont be able to afford to cover those with pre exiting conditions if they don't get lots of new healthy customers.customers?

Interesting spin, I don't see how Congress and Obama come out ahead if the mandate fails. It would be a huge mess, and 100's millions wasted already. Also I read they never considered the constitutionality of this when the bill was written, not even Repubs. No Judiciary committee reviews. Congress needs to pay more attention to the constitution when writing laws. They are elite lawyers right?

I will no longer give you an ounce of respect and I will fight your attacks with my own at every opportunity. You complaining about personal attacks is like Al Sharpton complaining about racism....hilarious rofllol .LadyJazzer wrote:
