I never read about that. Do you have a link?

The (Secret) Service can overrule even the President where his personal security is involved. In fact, Truman once said the Secret Service is the only boss the president has.

Yes, the Secret Service (as part of the Dept of Homeland Security) is about as controlled by Obama as the Dept of Chicken Inspection....

Just searched the Warren Commission report and there's no mention of any vehicle other than the limo or anything in interviews with Secret Service agents about them being "overruled" by JFK. In fact, the word overruled is not in the report.
