anyone in the military knows that the ability to follow orders is critical to the survival of all. If you can't put your politics aside and have that much hate/rage inside, then the military is not a good fit.
While serving in the DoD individuals are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, service members have few freedoms and publicly criticizing the Commander in Chief is one freedom they sign away when they enlist or accept a commission.
Once a service member has fulfilled their enlistment or resigned their commission the CIC is fair game... What is truly unfortunate for this Marine is he will likely receive a dishonorable discharge; by the rules he agreed to he has no recourse for the penalties he will suffer for speaking his mind.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Another one is sexual perversion - but liberals would dare have that.

Funny how Le Loon Jerkee calls him bad rubbish for exercising his freedom of speech right.
Wow...is this the same troll who I remember telling liberals it was unamerican to exercise their free speech and criticize the president? Now its ok for a soldier to refuse to obey the orders of the Commander In Chief (that is what this soldier said he would do). I guess patriotism changes to suit RT's bias.

Have they invented a new rule that a member of the active military has "free speech rights" against the POTUS? Who knew?
Funny how RepulsivePrick invents new rights out of whole cloth.
