Court Rules Illegal Immigrants Can't Have Guns

DENVER -- A federal appeals court says illegal immigrants don't have a right to own firearms under the U.S. Constitution.
Emmanuel Huitron-Guizar of Wyoming pleaded guilty to being an illegal alien in possession of firearms after his arrest last year. He was ordered held by immigration authorities at the Natrona County Detention Center.

I'm glad that illegal immigrants do not appear to have the same rights as law abiding citizens.

The liberals want them to have the same rights as lawful citizens.

Might cut down on the rate of illegal guns to Mexico. Or inspire them to go home, where they aren't allowed to own fun guns anyway.

They pushed to give illegals in-state tuition.
They oppose voter ID rules
Many liberals have shown support for illegal immigrant amnesty.
