You? no way, a 3rd party that I can verify depends on the details. Since you don't reply or respect pm's you seem untrustworthy to me.

Where have I seen this before? Deja Vue?

Ball was left in your court. How was your vacation?

I sent you a PM with all my personal info... I've up the ante... you can come over to my house and look through my personal records... what ever you want to see. I'm tired of your bashing and claiming that people here on 285 Bound are not who they claim they are. You're little games are pathological... or else you self-medicate a lot. What ever... you have all my personal info... websites... links to newspaper articles... info about my employer... and you are the only one who has this info on 285 Bound and if I see any of it appearing in places where it shouldn't... you're going to get a call from my lawyer.

I'll be waiting for a phone call from you. Now the ball is in your court.

It's really not a good idea to run around and tell people that "I can buy and sell you 50x over". I got that shit recorded.

And on these internet forume- you don't know who you might be talking to. I never claimed to be able to bujy and sell anyone here- JMC did. 99.99999% of all the fools who claim this crap are lying through their teeth.

I'm not worried about it... my part time profession demands that I be a public person. JCM and anyone on 285 could have discovered who I am from various hints I've dropped in my comments... intentionally dropped or not. JCM goes on these little rants and plays these little games... now let's see him play. He has my home address, phone number, name all sorts of info. About a month ago he got into a thing about me, claiming I wasn't a programmer, claiming I don't make any money, claiming I'm not a writer... going on and on... he wanted to see my personal records... I told him to PM me when I got back from Italy. He was haranguing me much like he is doing to you.

Well now he has the information... he can call me and arrange to come over to my house and I'll give him access to anything he wants. The ball is in his court.

It's not hard to figure out who any of us are- I've told enough about me here too.

I'm not interested in knowing who he is- I just think he's taunting me by claiming to be able to buy and sell me.

He can't - I'm just about 99.999% sure of that.

I hope JMC is satisfied... he has all the information he needs to follow through on his challenges to Bear's and myself... lets see what happens? So before we were so rudely interrupted... let's get back to the thread topic. Here is some more information on renouncing citizenship and the reason some Americans decide to do that.

Facebook’s Eduardo Saverin Joins Americans Renouncing Citizenship

Those in the expatriate community said that although Saverin’s move was likely a financial one — he paid an exit tax on the capital gains from his Facebook stock but the stock is now tax-free — they said expatriates who gave up their citizenship were driven by other factors.

Phil Hodgen, an international tax lawyer in Pasadena, Calif., said that since 2009, when more than 150 U.S. customers of Swiss banking giant UBS were investigated for alleged tax evasion, the IRS had been going after Americans abroad with foreign bank accounts with a vengeance.

He said that in the last three years, new and old rules had created an enormous amount of resentment — and paperwork expenses — for expatriates.
“It just ended up wreaking unfairness and grief on ordinary people,” Hodgen said.

Americans with a certain amount of wealth must pay an “exit tax” if they seek to renounce their citizenship. The Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts, or FBAR, requires Americans abroad with at least $10,000 in foreign bank accounts to report them to the IRS or be fined.

And the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act requires foreign banks to tell the IRS about their U.S. clients.

Perhaps the tax laws need to be changed... the United States participates in a global economy... and so so it's citizens. The world is changing. If you want to live, work or retire in another country, does your mother country deserve taxes from you? Isn't the tax you would pay in another country sufficient enough? How far should the long arm of the IRS go?

BearMtnHIB wrote: OK JMC- I got your PM. Consolidated statements ain't gonna happen today. We willo have to carry on our contract on monday- But I really need you to confirm the terms here on this thread, not on a PM.

Confirm the terms- and we can get together with our statements.

Okay knucklehead, You expect me to send my personal financial info to "your personal banker from north evergreen" So "Uncle Gooper" can decide whether or not I send you 5k?
I was born but not yesterday, phony offer and another loser response.
I got you figured out, your Daddy comment tells me all i need to know.
Still looking for daddy's approval and he set you up in your vanity biz, and you are trying to out right wing him.
Pathetic! He probably went bankrupt and stuck the taxpayers with the bill for the clean up. A Coal mining CEO is not the best reference.

No capital gains taxes in Singapore, if you had this guy's money, would you move there too? I think I would stay in the US compared to crowded Singapore.

Good article came out today on this topic.

The extreme step of renouncing one’s citizenship is necessary to escape taxation by the United States, because the United States, alone among the major nations of the world, taxes its citizens wherever on earth they live.
