Come January, Walker's recall is surely next.
The polls are already showing the severe case of "buyers regret" that the electorate has for Walker and his cronies... I agree...an "adjustment" is coming
Tell me, Gov Walker, how's that approval-rating working out for ya?
And I hope Walker has a plan about what he'd like to do when he's thrown out of office.
And look for Walker to be recalled in January... Wisconsin is going to be the poster-child for "How to take back your state from the right-wing fringe."
... and Walker has a 60% disapproval rating.
And there's the looming Walker recall election in January.... Jus' keep doin' what yer doin'......
Yo-ho-ho, and Scott Walker is next.
Yeah, it would have been even worse for Walker if what he was doing would have actually had any real effect on the budget
As Scott Walker found out... But he'll be out after January...
"Turn out the lights...The party's over..."
Not counting Scott Walker, who at this point, is toast
Sorry, Poopsie, you're going down...
Maybe she could go to work for the "Friends of Scott Walker"...I hear they could use some help on the telephone banks
I don't think it's over. But I DO think that the political dirty tricks that will be used to suppress the votes of the recall campaign, and put in phony election judges, and steal the election are just really getting started...
Walker's numbers have gone DOWN 2%... Good!
I hope Walker didn't spend too much on new drapes for the Governor's office....
That's why Walker is about to be recalled in Wisconsin

And to the liberals here, in Wisconsin and all across the United States... all I can say is...

That's the best you've got? rofllol

Nothing left but deflection? rofllol

You can hear the surprise in *MY* voice... rofllol

Thanks for playing. rofllol

To be fair, LJ reads a lot of lefty, slanted, cheerleading type media. It creates unrealistic expectations.

I agree. Very insightful. It's hard to flame the fires of truth when your only source is lies.

vl, the people have spoken and said "GET RID OF THE DAMN UNIONS, they do nothing but cost us (consumers) more money, (and at least in Wis. they have had enough of the thugs)."

Maybe, but I think we are also seeing reverse envy. When Wisconsins public workers are averaging 80K a year in wages and benefits when private workers are averaging 67K, the general public thinks it is time for a little more equality, have public workers pay more for their healthcare and replace defined benefit packages with 401K's like the rest of us.

And this trend of paying more for healthcare benefits and replacing pensions for new hires is spreading throughout the country, even in states with Dem governors and statehouses.

See California... Jerry Brown... "The governor wants public employees to take a 5 percent pay cut, and legislators are public employees," said Commissioner Chuck Murray explained to the Los Angeles Times. "I would vote to bring legislators in line with what the governor is doing with other public employees."

How is a poor lifeguard in Calif who's only making $100K supposed to survive with a pay cut? How can he afford his sun screen and Speedo unless the tax payers buy it for him?

And, oh. In your LJ response quotes you left out my favorite; "pot/kettle/black".

:VeryScared: I thought you were puling that out of your butt?

High pay and benefits for lifeguards in Newport Beach is the latest example of frustrating levels of compensation for public employees. More than half the city’s full-time lifeguards are paid a salary of over $100,000 and all but one of them collect more than $100,000 in total compensation including benefits.

I wish I would have pursued that career... besides the pay and benefits, just think of all the little perks that go with that job!

I really enjoyed re-reading that compilation of LJ's comments about Walker.

My favorite is

Ya think we can get her to take off those commie colored glasses for a few minutes so she can see what reality looks like?

Wishful thinking.

I watch a lot of MSNBC for the comedy, and it was really interesting to see the reactions of the commentators shortly after it was obvious who would win. It was like the president had just died or something. Then on Fox there was a more upbeat mood throughout. Not that this was surprising, but I didn't see a single Walker supporter giving their take, only those who were obviously upset on MSNBC. Fox did have both sides represented but still weighed heavy to the right on balance. The reasons for the outcome were also starklly different... MSNBC basically said the election was bought, but then also said it was about the same spread as the 2010 election so the extra money spent did no good. Seems a bit contradictory to me.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
