The challenge that lays before us collectively is to determine if are we smart enough as citizens to recognize that now is the time to gather and agree that Obama has done too much damage to our nation, now is the time to replace him. Are we collectively smart enough to do that?
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

I hope so, otherwise we are doomed.

From your lips to God's ears. Frankly I fear that our population has become so dependent on handouts and sloth that they feel entitlements and welfare are somehow earnings and wealth that is owed to them. Let's hope I'm wrong.

You make a good point LOL/Joe they both suck and we are hosed. The only thing that keeps me hanging on is that i have to hope that Rumney and Congress can see the precipice and try to correct. Can't count on Odumbo doing that. He is still veering straight for it.

With a 58% increase in profits since mid 2009...yeah, we can at least say corporations are doing fine....wouldn't that be indicative of how the private sector is doing?

Not according to your own logic.

The workers are part of the private sector. And they are not doing good. Obama only cares about the public sector, his union cronies and addicted government workers. If there really is a "99 percent," Obama doesn't represent them.

Exactly! The sector is doing fine, the corporations themselves are doing just what we keep telling you they will do........take care of themselves and their investors......multi-million dollar salaries to the execs.....and nothing for their workers. How do you propose to get them to hire rather than hoard? Meanwhile the GOP works hard to put more and more public workers out of work and then whines that the unemployment numbers aren't coming down fast enough. Should the GOP manage to get the White House and the Senate expect those unemployment numbers to skyrocket as they cut the public sector jobs to the bone. Of course, they will then blame Obama for leaving them with a mess

Really? It will be around for a couple news cycles, and it's the weekend. I know Romney will keep it alive as long as possible....like Obama keeps the "I like to fire people" and the quote about poor people which I forget (see....stuff really doesn't stick very long)
I think his last campaign he was labeled as done about 10 times.....but he still won. Maybe the American voters have acquired a taste for toast. lol
