In regard to Romney, no said that he was breaking the rules, but if were, how do you know the IRS is not investigating? In fact that is one of the possibilities why he will not release them. He may have been caught in the Swiss bank tax evasion case back in 2009 or so involving UBS, the bank where Romney has his Swiss accounts. Maybe that is why he also would not release his 2010 FBAR report that gives the details on his Swiss, Cayman Islands, Bermuda and other tax evasion jurisdiction.

First off, lets see we asked to see his transcripts way back in 09, he refused, asked to see his birth certificate, he refused, asked about his travel overseas while a teenager he refused, matter of fact he made it a point to get the courts to say he did not have to show, now you in your total stupidity and ignorance what to call those who question it racist, go look in the damn mirror. When he PROVES that what he's done was not illegal, then I'll worry about it. Right now, there is no proof...He's obviously got something to hide that's more damaging that what would become public if his tax returns were released. And now, they're finding that part of the supporting records for the returns he says he's "already released" are missing.
As far as I'm concerned, it's just more proof that the man is either lying, or he's a criminal...And it has nothing to do with "how rich" he is.

The man is lying or is a crook. And he's already admitted ON CAMERA that he set up a fund in the Cayman Islands to allow foreign investors to avoid U.S. taxes.
