I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
Raees wrote: I found the story I was referring to about undecideds:
President Obama, Mitt Romney and a slew of outside groups will spend hundreds of millions of dollars over the next three and a half months trying to convince 1/16th of the American electorate to vote their way.
New polling from The Washington Post and ABC News shows there are fewer genuinely undecided voters during the 2012 election campaign than there have been in any of the last three elections.
And less than one in five voters says there is any chance at all that he or she will change his or her mind.
I don't think the story this year will be about the undecideds, it will be about the non-voters. Who will do a better job getting their unenthusiastic voters to the polls?
Will Romney convince the conservative base to vote for a man who governed Massachussets like a moderate?
Will Obama reclaim the disappointed who have seen the economy stagnate under his watch?
And for both campaigns, it will be easier to rip down their opponent, flip-flopping Romney and inexperienced Obama.
:Whistle Wouldn't it be funny if a couple 501C's start running counter ads? Like a fake conservative group attacking Romney for his anti-gun votes. Or a fake liberal group attacking Obama for not doing enough for minorities who have fewer jobs than under "W".
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
By the end of the week with new reports on the economy, Obuma won't like the new poll numbers. Sometimes I have to actually be thankful that the economy is getting worse so that people get the message that Obuma is incompetent.
IN NOVEMBER 2014, WE HAVE A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO CLEAN OUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND ONE-THIRD OF THE SENATE! DONT BLOW IT!

That's been the conservative message since day 1 of Obama's presidency.....lets do everything we can to destroy the American economy, obstruct the legislative process, undermine any attempt by Democrats to create jobs or improve the lives of the American people, and keep the government at a standstill, no matter who it hurts, as long as we can oust Obama in 2012. Real patriots they are. NOT
I do appreciate your being honest about your, and really most conservative's, rooting for America to fail and doing everything they can to further that goal.
If we have to have an incompetent, better for people to see the incompetency in action. If he has to be that bad at destroying the economy better people see it now. Trying to look at it in the best light. And let's not blame it on everyone else. Obuma doesn't know crap about what he is doing.
