"Gas prices continued their slow but steady march higher Tuesday, surpassing a nationwide average of $3.63 cents a gallon on the back of refinery problems in the United States and higher crude oil prices globally."
Just got back from Chicago, the price shot up from 3.60 to 4.15 during the week I was there. Here we go again. It was apparently some kind of refinery and pipeline problems in the midwest.

Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.

Experts: Calif refinery fire will boost gas prices
A major fire at one of the country's biggest oil refineries that sent scores of people to hospitals with complaints of breathing problems will push gas prices above $4 a gallon on the West Coast, analysts said Tuesday.
The fire, which sent plumes of black smoke over the San Francisco Bay area, erupted Monday evening in the massive Chevron refinery about 10 miles northeast of San Francisco. It was out early Tuesday, although officials were still conducting a controlled burn.
California's average price Tuesday for a gallon of regular gasoline was at $3.86.
I'm still waiting for them to give him credit for them going down... What?... He had "no control" over them going down?...But he does have control of them going up? (Oh, yeah...I forgot...)
Insert standard irrelevant bullcrap about the Keystone pipeline here: ___________________________
Isn't that interesting... I re-read my post, and I can't find anything about saying anyone blamed Obama... (Of course, it WILL happen...) But I don't believe I've made that charge...
I DID say: "I'm still waiting for them to give him credit for them going down... "
And since he WAS blamed when prices were going up back in the Spring; and since NO ONE on the Right gave him credit for them going down, it seems like a reasonable assumption that will be the case again...
But yep...You're right...A guilty conscience needs no accuser.
$4.00 and higher gas between now and November? I wonder how Romney is taking the news...
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
