I thought it was interesting how Ryan owes his education to social security payments.

His father’s death provided Ryan with Social Security benefits until his 18th birthday, which he used to pay for his education at Miami University of Ohio.

Your education, you didn't pay for that.

And his dad payed into SS since the day he started working. Had he been able to put that money into a better investment, Ryan could have had even more money. So when his dad died, that SS money was owed to his family since he himself could not use it. You act like it's some sort of welfare that was never earned.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Right, his dad paid for that.

I'm curious where I acted like that. Can you point that out, please?

I think, if anything, he would be the perfect champion for the benefits of Social Security.

Ryan's district was gerrymandered out of a solid Dem district. The fact that he is able to win there after the usual tweaking by the party is hardly a surprise--or noteworthy.

I can't not use Obama's name (I know, a double negative, hmm) as a reason to vote for Mitt Romney. I would have supported Mickey Mouse over Obama. or Donald Duck. or Yosemite Sam. or even Hillbilly Bear.
