Couple of things I believe will occur.....THIS election cycle will be similar,if not exact, to the Bush/Florida/"hanging chads" fiasco.....so
it is way too early to call. Second, it will NOT matter who wins the election in Nov. because the financial fiasco will CONTINUE and
the pattern of economic downturn that hit us in 2007,8 will take ANOTHER 7 to 10 years to recovery......I actually feel sorry for
who ever wins because their ass is on the line and they will NOT be successful in pulling this country out of the crisis we are mired in.JMO

Its too early and too close to call. Obama seems to be setup for the electoral vote edge, so I'd give him the best chance if I had to guess. Where is the none of the above choice?

Obama, hard to beat an incumbent. Only way I see Barack losing is if he loses the press like Carter and Kerry did.

Obama. Unless the press changes it's tune, the complicit nature of their reporting and interviews will allow the incumbant to avoid any discussion of his record, and what specifically he plans on doing in the next 4 yrs.

If the press actually does it's job, and asks hard questions of both Romney and Obama, I see a very close match, with Romney winning.

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

Even if the press asks the right questions, they always dodge the hard questions and go into a pre-planned rant on another subject. Evaluating their past record and basic ideology is the only thing that matters. But I doubt that's the way people vote.

I do think Romney/Ryan has a shot if they can frame the debate on what matters. We are at a crossroad. Do we want to go off the fiscal cliff with another 4 yrs of Obama, or are we willing to make the hard choices and sacrifices it will take to right the ship, and save our kids future from being one of indentured servitude to debt.

Obama's new "shared prosperity" rant is designed to draw in more people who want to share in the profits of others. That's a great strategy and it will work to a point... he really should consider offering people free IPads or gas cards because that's something his followers can feel and touch.

My hope is that there are more people out there who care more about the future of their children and grandchildren than they do about their own. I think there is still a good chance of that and Romney/Ryan may very well upset the Panderer in Chief.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I am suprised that Obama hasn't pushed for a $1000 check for American families.
He would rather give out stimulus to green companies. In like news, Vestas will be laying off more people because they don't know if Barack will win and continue the corporate welfare of tax credits for buyers.

Good point. Obama thinks that pouring money into businesses he picks will somehow "trickle down" to the poor. Unfortunately, the companies (including GM) end up costing the taxpayers instead of helping them.
