Ryan on Re-Electing Obama:

‘If We Renew the Contract…He’ll Never Answer to You Again’

(CNSNews.com) – In a speech at the Values Voter Summit, in Washington, D.C., GOP vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan said Friday that re-electing President Barack Obama will mean voters will get “the same deal with only one difference - in a second term, he will never answer to you again.”

“If Barack Obama’s promises weren’t good then, what good are they now? If we renew the contract, we’re going to get the same deal. If we renew the contract, we’ll get the same deal, with only one difference - in a second term, he will never answer to you again,” Ryan said during the summit, sponsored by the conservative pro-family group the Family Research Council.

“In so many ways, starting with Obamacare, re-electing this president would set in motion things that can never be called back. It would be a choice to give up so many other choices,” he said.

“When all the mandates of government-run health care come down, the last thing the regulators will want to hear is your opinion. When the Obama tax increases start coming, nobody in Washington is going to ask whether you can afford them or not,” Ryan added.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

When all else has failed, try to scare people. Romney/Ryan is far scarier to me, and apparently many others, than Obama "unleashed".

"Values Voter Summit" = "Confederacy of Dunces" = An open forum for the farthest-right wackos in the country to appeal to the "stupid people" that Santorum spoke of....

Yes, I'm sure CNSNews ranks right up there with Breitbart, NewsMax, NewsBusters and the rest of the right-wing types.

You guys need counseling....

Call names all you want. How about some facts to back up your statements?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Since you posted nothing but talking-points in a speech by a right-wing candidate (with no facts to back it up), at a "Values Voter Summit" of right-wing sycophants, I don't need "facts" to observe what is clearly obvious.

Your response is just one more robotic response, your program directs that the only response to any anti-Messiah message has to be denial and dispute. There is no room in your program for the possibility that your false Messiah could be wrong. Remain on the road to ruin, that is where you will end up in the end along with the rest of the citizens of America.

That's what I thought... You have no facts... Just the empty rhetoric from a speech at a convention of right-wing wackos...

"...on the road to ruin?"

I'm on the road to put away that empty-suit and his talking-dummy that can't tell anyone what they'd do "or they'd lose."

I have no problem with you holding different opinions than I do, nor do I much care if you are a conservative, that is your right. But I do take exception to your labeling of those who don't agree with you as being in denial, or robots, following a messiah (I know of no liberal here who has called Obama that.....it's a term of derision created by conservatives) or being on the road to ruin. I'm sure you totally believe you are right and we are wrong, but it should come as no surprise to you that we believe that we are right and you are wrong. Yet you accuse liberals, who have over the last four years both criticized Obama for things he has done we don't agree with, and said he was wrong on several issues. So tell me otis.....what do you think is wrong with Romney....or is he your "messiah"?

Obviously you are unaware that scare tactics are the only think Obama is running on (he can't run on his record). Do you need a long list of examples or do you already know this?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
