Interesting article. I can imagine there are a lot more lawsuits out there that could challenge the law if someone wants to pursue it. The insurance companies and large/small employers seemed to take the new regulations and mandates without much complaining. (yet)

I'd like a simple answer to the OP article question. Does a bill that raises taxes have to originate in the House, not in the Senate like the ACA Obamacare bill did? Seems pretty simple. Where is Printsmith? LOL

It started in the House, then went to the Senate where they tried to work out a compromise...Then the compromise had to go back to the House... Civics 101...
