Yeah, the stock market is really "spartan" right now, isn't it. Ditto my 401K.
Your dire predictions of a bleak future are standard GOP echo chamber scare tactics. No one knows what will happen in the future.
The truth is, if Romney loses, he'll phone the president and wish him the best and he'll tell Americans Obama is a good and decent man. Obama will do the same if he loses.
Nearly 6 million Americans will get hit by the penalty-tax provision of ObamaCare that forces individuals to buy insurance or pay Uncle Sam according to a Sept. 19, 2012 Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report. That's a 50 percent increase from the CBO's 2010 estimate – about 2 million more people.
The CBO further predicts that the average penalty will be $1,200 per year, and that nearly 80 percent of those forced to pay the penalty-tax would be middle or lower-income wage earners. According to calculations by the AP, that would include individuals earning $55,850 or less and $115,250 or less for a family of four.
Yet again, the President's policies violate his repeated promise to not raise taxes of any kind on individuals earning less than $200,000 per year or couples below $250,000.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

If I get a ticket for not obeying the speed limit, it's not a tax.
Yeah, but in that case you went speeding...not buying insurance is like a cop coming by your house and giving you a ticket because you they hadn't seen you lately.
Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

The United States is bigger than any president.
I am worried about a bleak future, no matter who wins. I don't think most politicians are willing to make hard decisions. I think they get in office, realize they are set for life, and don't really care about the hard work which must be done to fix the structural problems in our country. If Obama wins, we will have 4 more years like the last 3.5. If Romney wins, we may finally address some of the issues, or we may not. Worst case scenario...another 4 yrs like the last 3.5 till we get a president who will lead. Obama won't, we don't know if Romney will or not.

I disagree, we won't have another 4 years of the same if Obama is re-elected. If Obama wins, he will no longer need to campaign, he will no longer worry about what independants think, he will do everything in his power to change this country into his ideal vision. His past words do have great meaning... people don't change their core beliefs and neither will Obama. Our only hope is to control congress and keep Obama's dream just that, a dream.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
