This is all I have to say........ Values and the foundation

My favorite site on the web and always has been. The foundation for a better life. http://www.values.com This site is owned by a Colorado Millionaire. He will not accept donations. I actually looked into it because I wanted to donate to the cause many, many years ago. And the site has nothing to do with the values that you're thinking about. It is about integrity and the human spirt of believing in yourself and doing things that seem impossible and about being good to others. Check and then think about this election. Are you really okay with what you are doing and saying in the world? I do not think it is preachy at all and I believe in the under current of the site. My favorite site for a long, long time.

And if you really look at the ads on the site you will see the non partisan values. This is how I live my life. I do not believe in winning at all costs. Just sayin.

They also have a site called.

Reass , that was a terrible thing to do and you know what? This is exactly what I am talking about. You know damn well I am not anti gay and nothing on that site is anti gay. What you did on 9/11 was opportunistic and the first thing you have to do is post that from a site that just had an article come out about their dishonesty and YOU ARE WORSE than anyone that you protray as racist, tea baggers and horrible names you and couple other people call others around here

This is not what I want my country to be. Mud slinging, mean, name calling and just plain horrlble to fellow human beings. It seems only some humans matter. I won't listen to one more of your arguments about this election until you guys can show one drop of decency. DECENCY!

My point was and is that I believe in people and see the human spirit every day I am one of them. I came a background that should have taken me to the grave or living in the street long ago. I pulled myself up and changed my stars. Living as an American means having the means to live a life of opportunity NOT being entitled to have that without work. And the way to do that is the government needs to make decisions based on how people can work and continue to have those opportunities. If we go your route then I believe that will be taken down many notches. But you know what after seeing what you guys have said and done to your fellow Americans, especially on 9/11 I see something that I could never be part of even IF I thought your policies and your presidents policies were right.

So, here you go. I am confident and stand behind my words on this forum. I spoke from the heart. I believe there are many here that just want to win. I can't respect that perspective. Just the way it is. I just can't.

Oh and I consider media matters as opportunistic as you. I don't respect their opinion or believe them.

And I win the bet . . . that CG would have more to say.

Well, I will try to believe that but I dearly love that site. It has gotten me through some difficult time in my life and given me something to strive for. Stories of others who have beaten the odds brings me up and helps me to keeping fighting. I love stories of people who do incredible things and done what others said they could never do.

I don't think some understand what a gift we get from those that show us that "you can" do it know matter what others say. They are the people that live on and inspire us for decades even after they are gone. They are the people that change the world. There may be some problems involved but to not encourage and be glad that there are people who try to pull others up rather than drag them down is the nature of this all. Sorry this is something I really believe in. Freedom to have opportunities that others just don't have.

CG, you expected something different from the liberals here? Civility? Thoughtful, cogent responses?

You begin a thread about the possibilities of positive actions, and liberals showed their true colors.

CG,
Consider this, the Left here loves our goverment which has chosen to pass anti-gay policies like DOMA and Don't Ask/Don't Tell which Bill Clinton signed which forced out responsible veterans and outlawed marriage to couples, but they continue to praise the man and even have to trot him out to defend the current mistake in the White House.
