The whole tax return issue has become Romney's albatross this election. I don't really think he paid zero taxes....though that claim sure has raised some hackles in the Romney camp...but either Romney is just being an ass about it because he doesn't think he should have to release tax returns like most every other presidential candidate has since his dad ran for president (is he really that "special")....or he really does have something to hide. Either way......he hasn't done himself any favors with his diva act.

I don't think the lack of tax returns has nearly as much power as you think it does. 47% has got much more press and change in poll results.

The tax returns have fired up the baseline Dems but isn't tracking nationally.
