Be careful or archer will accuse you of acting "stupidly"

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I was amazed at the number of Democrats who just after the debate last wednesday claimed that Obama won. They swore so up and down. It's like they were watching a totally different debate than what I saw- but I was not suprised by this, just amazed.

Wasn't till the next day that reality sank in- and many saw their own side acknowledge the truth..

Personally- I don't think the VP debate is as important as the big kahuna debate, but if Ryan does out smart Smokin Joe it'll just cement what happened last wednesday in the eyes of the voters.

My own opinion is that Joe is an idiot- and Ryan a pretty sharp cookie who still has a memory intact. We shall see.

How'd you like to be in Obama's shoes right about now and depending on a stellar performance from Joe Biden to staunch the bleeding that resulted from your own dismal performance a week ago.

Biden is expected to win. He has much more experience at debating at this level and he is the sitting VP. Normally someone is his position could afford to simply keep it close, be sure not to make any mistakes, play it a bit defensive so that his opponent didn't land any heavy blows and win the bout on points. Biden isn't in a normal position right now though, he is in the rare circumstance of needing a knockout. A close contest could easily result in a victory for his opponent rather than himself due to what happened last week. Biden can't simply be a little better, he has to have the kind of night that Romney has last week to stop the momentum wave the Republicans are riding right now.

Ryan doesn't have to win big tonight, he really doesn't even need to win. All he needs to do is keep it close and have a good showing and that could be enough for those scoring the fight to give it to him on points. The holder of the belt is in the very rare position of needing to win by a knockout, and I'm not sure that Biden has that in him.

Sorry archer....The VP is NOT the brightest bulb.
I have enjoyed his performance this past 10 days or so.....haven't you?

I would never believe for one moment that the title you attempted to bestow upon me could EVER be taken from you.

I make no claims to being any smarter than anyone else, and I don't call people stupid ....people may act stupidly, or say stupid things, sometimes, and pointing that out, or correcting them is OK, but calling people names like stupid and senile is...well...acting stupidly don't ya think?

Yes, I completely agree   (bold added by me)

Better check your own past before you assert your maturity and civility. I feel an ignore in my future

How far back did you have to go for that? I'm flattered you took the time just to prove me wrong. I apologize for that, I do try not to use such labels on people., and I think you know that Too bad you didn't include the context.....

Biden has to show his "A" game? I don't think so. The expectations are so low, Yahoo had a lead story about Biden being an national joke line, that I think as long as he doesn't stumble around in a daze, Joe will win the debate. If Ryan goes after him, it will be perceived as poor sport, like shooting fish in a barrel. Or verbally abusing a pre schooler.

Yahoo is trying to lower expectations in a rather transparent attempt to support the team whose ideology is closest to their own. No one is fooled by the attempt that Yahoo is undertaking today.

Yahoo news (commentary) is controlled by leftists- don't believe anything they say. I have seen one propaganda article after another.

PS- if you wanna see some funny stuff, read the "comments" at the bottom of the articles. People are not stupid, they know it's propaganda.
