BHO will not be coming to Colorado on Monday or Tuesday and has shut down most campaign events. Now if they would only shut down the ads from everyone. Never thought I would want to see the Shagman.

I's like to see the whole country hunker down for this storm, and instead of listening to more hyped political messages, reflect on what and who they are voting for. Please....I post that in a non-partisan manner. I don't know about the rest of you.....but I think a little break in the media blitz, might help us all.

President Barack Obama is canceling campaign stops in Virginia and Colorado early next week because of the impending landfall of Hurricane Sandy and will instead monitor the storm from the White House, his spokesman said on Saturday.

I agree Archer...plus I have amuch larger reason to not think about politics, but of a more positive variety.... it was good news about my almost 14 month old great-niece Maci Lou,

You see, she has leukemia, and my niece posted this on her blog.....

Finally some good news.

Maci's MRD (minimal residual disease..... the measure of how much cancer is floating around in her blood or bone marrow) is z.e.r.o.

Dr. Salvi called and said it was ZERO. None. Zilch. He said this was good. This was as good as we could have hoped.
I know that this will not change her risk status, or change her treatment. She is still very high risk, her prognosis is the same. And she will still have the intense 2 year toxic treatment.

It means she is in "remission".
