"And I’m not trying to diss him, but I know he had planned a trip to New Jersey, and I said, ‘That’s fine. It represents the whole region; people understand the storm.’”

Just as the Mayor of New Orleans wasn't too thrilled about Shrub coming in and tying things up in knots for nothing more than a photo-op in front of a church with pretty blue lights in the background, and to praise an incompetent twit whose job it was to DO something about the disaster...
