I'd like to see if Secretary of State Scott Gessler gets himself into a first amendment fight over this- He's a Republican Party activist and knows many of the same people that I do . Don't think his office would like to expose the state to millions in damages over a joke.

And while you're at it, you can take on a second case over the State statute that forbids employers from THREATENING their employees with punitive measures during the last days of an election.
