Fail.

Cuz they scored a couple half eaten Big Macs.

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

Just one more example for all the big gobberment advocates- if you trust or depend on the government for those times when you need help- you will be disappointed at the least- and possibly wind up dead at worst.

The government did collect taxes from all the producers for the purpose of these kinds of events- but it fails to deliver every single time a need arises.

It's really scary to think of what happens in large cities when there is an emergency- these people are only a few days away from BBQ'ing each other.

The reports of robbery, burgulary, looting and violence - and it's only been a few days. Here is what one pharmacy looks like now...

Water that had risen six feet high hadn't completely drained away from the streets of Coney Island in Brooklyn, N.Y., yet looters had already rifled through the remains of vulnerable shops on Mermaid Avenue.

At about 8 a.m. on Tuesday, workers arrived at Mega Aid Pharmacy to find that not only had Hurricane Sandy obliterated the building's interior the night before, but thieves had broken in and gone through more than 10,000 pharmaceutical items. Most of the stolen goods were prescription meds.

"The water went away and these people started walking down the streets and just robbed stores," a frustrated worker at the pharmacy, who wished to remain anonymous, told HuffPost Crime.

Fights are reportedly breaking out all over NYC.

In New Jersey...

"People are just walking into people's yards and taking stuff," said Shields, 53. "This is a crime scene. It's a catastrophe."

Looters are just one of a litany of troubles on the South Jersey coast, which continues to reel from after-effects of Sandy, one of the most devastating storms in the state's history. At least eight people in New Jersey died, property damage climbed into the billions, millions of homes were without power, and tens of thousands were homeless, unable to return to neighborhoods evacuated as the storm approached.

Don't ever trust that government will be there when you need it- take responsibility for yourself and your family. Instead of advocating for big government programs and FEMA- fight to keep that tax money in our pockets- so we can afford to better prepare ourselves!

The day before yesterday on the leftist news programs, the big story was how well Obama was addressing the situation- what a great guy he is- but today we see the reality- we see what's really happening.

This is not a job for the federal government- it's each American's responsibility and duty to be prepared. You could die waiting for Obama to help you.

I gotta agree with you on taking responsibility yourself for being prepared. I think we all know that, living up here in the mountains.

If people are really dumpster diving and hungry after only 72 hours, they really weren't prepared.

And how important is OIL and Gasoline in our economy- how many threads have we talked about Oil- how many times have those on the left demonized oil companies and even the thought of using carbon fuel.

Obama has done nothing but bad mouth this industry- but just take a look at the sad state of affairs after just a day or 2 of "not having enough". It runs this country- and Chaos errupts if the supply is disrupted. The solar panels and wind machines are not contributing here- people want gasoline!

This is why our energy policy is so important- why it's so important to have a steady economical supply- it is the fuel for our economy. For Obama to say things like "the oil companies are doing fine"- while wasting billions on failed solar and wind companies is so irresponsible. At least Romney has his priorities right- energy policy is #1 in importance.

It's why our government has gone to extreme measures- even fighting wars over it. 2 days without gas and fights are breaking out at gas stations.

The liberal talking point is to demonize the oil company and demonize the coal company and the conventional energy industry as a whole, but without them- our society would fall into pieces in a matter of days. We would all freeze in the dark- with no way to get around.

We need a return to government energy policy with common sense again. Enough of the arrogant attitude from people like Obama- he's clueless.

This line for gas is over 1 1/2 miles long!

The reports are that there is an ample amount of gas, just not enough electricity to operate the pumps at the station and at the distribution point.
